Challenge: The main challenge was collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to distill complex real-world events into the key insights that would most effectively resonate with learners.
Solution: I worked with SMEs to structure and refine their input into clear, focused learning points, ensuring that only the most critical safety insights were carried forward into the animation. This process helped translate detailed real-world events into a concise, scenario-based narrative that learners could easily understand and apply.
Results: Learners gain a clear understanding of confined space hazards through a realistic re-enactment of a fatal incident, strengthening their ability to recognize risks, follow correct safety procedures, and apply appropriate responses in high-risk environments.
