Challenge: Our primary challenge was working with the subject matter experts to trim down the intricate details of real life events to the most crucial points that would truly resonate with learners.
Solution: This animation's content was designed to better streamline the onboarding process for new employees. It will specifically help them understand how to safely navigate working in confined spaces.
Results: Employees will be able to observe an event based on a real-life fatal situation to understand the critical importance of following proper safety procedures and corrective actions.
