Challenge: Employee confusion regarding sensitive information protection leads to data breaches. Proper data security training is essential to prevent misuse, customer dissatisfaction, and business loss. Efficient data handling also improves order turnaround, leading to happier, more frequent customers.
Solution: This course was designed to better streamline the onboarding process. This will help new employees navigate their way around information security with confidence.
Results: Employees will be able to perform their specific tasks within their role with at least 90% accuracy in a set time limit at the end of training.
