Challenge: Employee confusion around handling sensitive information can lead to data breaches, customer dissatisfaction, and business loss. In addition, inefficient data handling can slow order turnaround and reduce overall operational efficiency. A key need was to improve how employees interact with and apply information in a practical, accurate way.
Solution: Using my experience in eLearning production operations and workflow coordination, I structured the course content to improve clarity, consistency, and usability. Information was organized into a more interactive and application-focused format, reducing ambiguity and supporting correct decision-making in real-world scenarios.
Results: Employees will be able to perform their specific tasks within their role with at least 90% accuracy in a set time limit at the end of training.
